For example, you can use Markdown to quickly start a new line with a character plus a space to automatically convert it to one of the paragraph styles. Paragraph styling is also supported by Markdown and some keyboard shortcuts. From there, you can choose your paragraph style.
Expand the paragraph styles icon you see to the left of your cursor to view your options.
